CA MUKESH AGGARWAL (M. COM, FCA, MICA)

CA Mukesh Aggarwal is a distinguished Chartered Accountant with an exceptional academic background, holding an Honours degree in Commerce from Shri Ram College of Commerce. He is a Senior Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, having been enrolled in 1990. Additionally, he is an Associate Member of the Indian Council of Arbitration.
With over 38 years of extensive experience in Finance, Accounts, Taxation, Auditing and Legal functions across diverse industries, he has been in active practice since 1990, gaining profound expertise in his field. His specialized domain includes handling Income Tax Search and Survey proceedings conducted by the Investigation Wing of the Income Tax Department. Over the years, he has represented major corporations in more than 100 cases, including litigation matters before various Appellate Authorities.
Corporate Governance, along with structuring and executing Cross-Border Transactions, remains his core area of interest. Furthermore, he has significant experience in arbitration, having served as a Sole Arbitrator and Co-Arbitrator in over 20 cases for esteemed institutions such as Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC), the National Stock Exchange (NSE), and the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).CA Mukesh Aggarwal is a chief managing partner of the firm who enrolled as a member of ICAI in the year 1990. He is also an Associate Member of Consultancy Development Center, Institute of Internal Auditors and Indian Council of Arbitration. He is an expert in the field of Income tax matters related to search, seizure, appeals, representational matters etc. He also has a wide exposure in the field of management consultancy, arbitration matters, project finance, business advisory services, due diligence, business valuations etc.

CA SACHIN SINGHAL (B.Com (H), FCA, DISA)

CA Sachin Singhal is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), having been enrolled in 2005. With approximately 20 years of extensive experience, he specializes in Audits, Risk Assessment & Assurance, Tax Advisory—including International Taxation—Transaction Advisory, and Compliance Services. His diverse skill set enables him to deliver comprehensive financial solutions, ensuring innovation and excellence in service delivery.
His expertise spans Corporate Advisory Services, Project Financing & Governance, Corporate Laws, Financial and Management Consultancy, with a strong focus on strategic consultancy and advisory roles. He has provided advisory services to companies across a wide range of sectors, including manufacturing, real estate, IT, transportation, healthcare, education, financial services, hospitality, aviation, automotive, trading, and FMCG.
Additionally, he has played a pivotal role in Merger & Acquisition (M&A) transactions and corporate restructuring in India. His proficiency in navigating the complexities of India’s tax and regulatory landscape has been instrumental in assisting multinational corporations in structuring their operations effectively within the country.

CA Vinit Aggarwal, a graduate of Delhi University and a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) since 2018, specializes in Assurance & Risk Advisory and Business Advisory Services. With extensive expertise in taxation, he has worked across various industries, including automotive, manufacturing, hospitality, and real estate. His core competencies include managing Income Tax Search and Survey proceedings initiated by the Investigation Wing of the Income Tax Department. Over the years, he has successfully represented major corporations in litigation matters before various Appellate Authorities.
Vinit's analytical approach allows him to foresee potential challenges beyond legal constraints, offering solutions from both legal and commercial perspectives. His comprehensive understanding of financial and regulatory frameworks enables him to add strategic value to every deal.

CA GHNISH KHANNA (B. Com (H), ACA)

CA Ghnish Khanna is a finance professional and an associate member of ICAI since 2021 and with a background in commerce from Delhi University. He brings extensive expertise in Assurance & Risk Advisory and Business Advisory Services. With a strong commercial acumen, he prioritizes investor interests and takes a forward-thinking approach to problem-solving.
Beyond legal considerations, he offers strategic insights from a commercial standpoint, identifying potential challenges before they arise.
